Notarizations - $5.00-$10.00/signature

Swift Signatures Notary offers a diverse range of services, encompassing POA, Living Wills, HIPAA authorizations, oaths, witness signatures, I9 verifications, certifications, property assignments, and more. From legal to financial documents, a spectrum of convenient and reliable notary solutions is extended, all meticulously attuned to your distinct requirements.

*Please note that a valid, unexpired government-issued ID with photo and signature is mandatory for all notarizations. Pictures and photocopies of IDs will not be accepted.

Travel Fees

Swift Signatures Notary extends anywhere in South Carolina. A mileage fee of $1.00 per mile, with a minimum of $45 will be charged. Notably, the mileage calculation adheres to a round-trip framework, commencing from Swift Signatures Notary's home-office location, encompassing the agreed meeting point, and concluding with the return to the home office.

North Carolina Fees are set at the federal governments national mileage rate, rates may vary daily. Please contact us for North Carolina rates.

* Travel fees are not mandated by law in South Carolina.

*North Carolina mandates a maximum travel fee based on the federal mileage rate. Rates are subject to change and are based on round-trip mileage.

Additional Fees

In addition to the established standard pricing, it is important to take into account the following supplementary fees:

  1. Rushed Service: There is a possibility of an additional charge for notarizations requiring expedited or rushed processing.

  2. Weekend Service: Appointments arranged for weekends may entail an extra fee to facilitate the service.

  3. Major Holiday Service: Should the service be rendered on major holidays, an additional charge may apply accordingly. No services offered on Christmas Day.

  4. Mailing, Printing, and Scanning services are offered for an additional fee to provide convenience to the client.

It is paramount to understand that these supplementary fees are intentionally structured to accommodate your distinct and time-sensitive requisites, ensuring the efficiency and timeliness of the notarization process. Rest assured, all fees will be openly discussed and confirmed before proceeding to schedule your appointment.
